Coach Joe, Coach Christine, and the PrideFit team are the best in the business. I started working with them about a year ago after a Type II diabetes diagnosis. FAQs 

How long is the consultation?

30 minutes, including movement screening and goal setting. 

Is this just for women?

No. We welcome all but specialize in supporting professional women. 

Can I move between 1:1 and group training?

Yes. Your personal coach will recommend the best fit as you progress. 

What should I bring?

Just wear comfortable clothes and bring water. We provide everything else.
