What if the class time I want isn’t listed?

Join the waitlist in the fitness schedule widget or message us; new spots open frequently.

How far in advance can I book?

Up to 4 weeks for the group fitness schedule and 8 weeks for Parisi training blocks.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes. Please cancel at least 24 hours before group classes or 48 hours before Parisi sessions.

Do I pay when I book?

Members use session credits. New clients can pay at checkout or use their free consultation credit.
