The PrideFit Story, Led by Clinical Experience 

PrideFit Training was founded to raise the standard for strength and movement coaching. After more than a decade in clinical practice, Joe Ferrero, DPT, CFSC recognized a need for something different – a space where evidence-based training meets real-world application. 

In 2021, he opened PrideFit as a doctor-led alternative to the traditional Philadelphia gym. His goal was to combine clinical insight with intelligent, progressive coaching that helps people move better, perform stronger, and live pain-free. 

Today Joe and co-founder Christine Ferrero, OT lead a team that serves two core groups – adults seeking functional fitness and youth athletes pursuing performance goals. Every client begins with a comprehensive evaluation and receives a fully personalized plan – no templates, no guesswork. 

What began with one table and a clear mission has grown into a trusted destination for personal training inside a results-driven, supportive environment.
