This gym is awesome and has everything you need including my favorite piece of equipment the glute builder. The small group personal training classes are a must and you really learn proper form and techniques!

The group classes at PrideFit are amazing! The small group setting of no more than 6 clients at a time really makes it feel like it’s a direct personal training session. They are set up as strength and conditioning classes with heavy weight lifting included. I haven’t found any other group workout class that incorporates weight lifting like pride fit does! You get the benefits of group class camaraderie while still being able to use weights and equipment that you wouldn’t be able to in typical group classes in the area. Not only is Joe a certified personal trainer, but he is a Physical Therapist. His expertise makes you feel safe trying new excerises, as he is always making sure you are using proper body mechanics. I also am an open gym member which is convenient because I can stop in to workout whenever I want outside of the group classes too. Everyone I’ve met here has been so friendly and welcoming. It’s such a great environment!
